The maximum sortkey value is 32767, so I don't think we need to re-order all these milestones just yet. You'll be all set until CDT version 32 release 7, which is at least a year or two away ;) -M. I suppose I can come up with a new numbering scheme, but our current one runs out this year as our next release is 9.10.
