We are getting the following error while connecting to build.eclipse.org

SQLException: java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: java.net.ConnectException : Error connecting to server build.eclipse.org on port 1,527 with message Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

We use jdbc:cloudscape://build.eclipse.org:1527/perfDB to connect to performance DB

I have no idea what this is. I am not aware that any production service of that kind exists on build.e.o

Also, zyt5z-centos76 is setup @ Azure so there is no way it can access build.eclipse.org:1527
