The IP Log is approved.

Our documented standard practice [1] is that reviews are scheduled to conclude on the first and third Wednesday of every month. EMO plans their engagement with the process around this schedule. The process requires that project teams engage at least a full week ahead of the start of the review period (or at very least *before* the start of the review period).

Having said that all, we've met the fundamental requirement that a release review be open for public review for a full week, so we'll let you off the hook this time.
