Description Dani Megert CLA 2019-05-24 11:49:09 EDT
Nothing new.

The JUnit library is hard-coded to use JUnit from the install. This is wrong. It should

1. If JUnit is in the workspace as source or binary, use that one
2. Use the one from the target platform if JUnit is enabled in the target
3. Use the one from the install

The current behavior triggers a rebuild when one switches to another build.

Isn't that a PDE issue? 1) and 2) would be solved by Bug 544472.
Comment 2 Dani Megert CLA 2019-05-27 10:03:55 EDT
(In reply to Julian Honnen from comment #1)
> Isn't that a PDE issue?
No. That's at the JDT level and does not depend on PDE.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
