Every project should set minor and major version options to 'Error'

Every project should set minor and major version options to 'Error'

Examples where this is not the case:

- org.eclipse.jdt.ui
- org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench


NOTE: Make sure to do the following steps in a new workspace to make sure default settings are used.

1. Select the plug-in project
2. context menu > Properties
3. Go to 'API Errors/Warnings' page
4. If the project is not yet using project specific settings, change it by enabling the checkbox
5. Go to the 'Version Management' tab
6. Make sure all options are set to 'Error'
7. Click 'Apply and Close'

If you do this for multiple projects, I suggest not to build each time, but only after the last project.
