I just want to make sure, you'd like to add a new section right under the "Proper Usage of 'Eclipse' Trademarks" section? 

Or should I add this title and paragraph to the "Proper Usage of 'Eclipse' Trademarks" section?

Please create a new section under Proper Usage of 'Eclipse' Trademarks" and add a bullet to the menu at the top. Thanks!
