Sravan has pointed to https://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/commit/?id=022077bf146a6926a84c2a701def7f218ce0458a as the root cause and Alex has verified it to be indeed the case.

Can someone from the platform revert this commit?

Alex is currently investigating how the Javadoc error would be fixed. Lets wait for his analysis.

Alex send me a note that his is not easy to fix. I will revert the offending commit.
