Dear Team,

Currently our Jenkins job "https://ci.eclipse.org/vorto/job/Web-Site-Deployment/" is failing due to permission denied error.

This happens when trying to use Hugo to build our website, when Hugo tries to execute : "mkdir /tmp/hugo_cache/site" command.

Hi, 

we fixed it ourselves by overriding the Hugo_cache to the Jenkins $workspace directory.
