Hi Stephanie, Yes the PDF was provided in an issue on github and I added it to the IoT website like we did for the other developer surveys. I merged my patch not too long ago so we should see the new PDF on the following page: https://iot.eclipse.org/iot-developer-surveys/ Also the banners should be appearing on eclipse.org at 9am this morning. As discussed, they will be removed automatically on May 7th 2019. Please reopen this bug if there's an issue with the banners. Thanks.
