I'm not getting any mails about bug changes for at least a few days now.

I am getting gerrit mails.

It looks like you've disabled mail from bugzilla.  Login to bugzilla -> Preferences -> Email preferences and then click the 'enable all mail' button.

Well _I_ haven't. I've actually never used that page, but now I went there and it says:

"Your bugmail has been disabled by the Bugzilla administrator. Please contact webmaster@eclipse.org to enable bugmails"
