Currently, the DOT Graph View can be opened via the Show in -> DOT Graph context menu of the DOT Editor.

The Show in -> DOT Graph context menu should also be offered in the Project Explorer / Package Explorer.

I pushed the following changes to the master branch:

[545236] Add Show In->Dot Graph menu to the Package/Project Explorer.

- Ensure that the Show In->Dot Graph context menu is offered on the
Package Explorer / Project Explorer to support an easy visualization of
*.dot files.

I resolve this issue as fixed in 5.1.0 (2019-06).
