Add a temporary button in Bugzilla script to add blocks dependency to bug 536055 (instead of memorizing the bug number) for a newly created bug report.

Button to be removed when adding this dependency is no long required.

Added a button "ROOT" adjacent to "Blocks" text input. Note that clicking the button adds the dependency and also saves the Bugzilla changes in one go.

Created root bug for JDT UI - bug 545120.

Need to add a button for JDT UI root bug also.
