reproducing script (desctructive!)

In case of clean workspace, there should be guiding text inside project explorer (1). When I install org.eclipse.rse.feature.group(this plugin is not the only one causing this issue), this text guidance text is no longer visible.

I am using eclipse-platform-I20190212. I'm attaching simple reproducing script(caution, it's destructive).

The empty view is caused by filters. See discussion starting here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=543746#c30

Just a note: With the RSE filter disabled, I can see now that new empty project 'RemoteSystemsTempFiles' is created during Eclipse startup. Therefore the guiding text is not shown.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
