With https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=543746 Eclipse platform added onboarding texts to the project explorer et. al when the workspace is empty.

This was inspired by your onboarding text in the repositories view (when on git repos are added).

During usability tests and user interviews we found out that from a usability perspective it's better to have such text aligned to the top left corner instead of center it horizontally and vertically. So we put that text into the top left corner in platform's implementation.

I propose to also adapt the onboarding text in the Git Repositories view accordingly.
