I removed the reference to specific times for the F2F Board meetings. Now it just says the Board meets F2F three times per year.

Will update if we have better info. I'm not sure what has happened to the meeting that used to be at ECon NA in March.

Should read: 

"In terms of time requirements, the Board meets once a month for a one hour conference call. It also meets face-to-face three times per year, typically in March, June and October."

FYI, the March meeting has moved around, this year in Boston.
