Description Karl Bishop CLA 2004-03-10 09:49:20 EST
Want to use WebDAV against a server that requires SSL (HTTPS:). Current
implementation does not support this.
Comment 1 Karl Bishop CLA 2004-03-10 11:06:13 EST
I tried to use the IBMJSSE.jar file as shown below, but still cant get access..

- Added the ibmjsse.jar to the eclipse jre/lib/ext directory
- Add new site dialog
    - Enterd "https://....." in url
    - Entered user id and password
    - Clicked Finished
- Receive following error dialog
    - An error occured ...
    - Code: 0
    - Message: Connection reset by peer. (twice)
    - Do you still want to keep this target?
- Answered yes, but still not able to access contents.

And I want it for security reasons too.
Comment 3 Jon Pretty CLA 2005-02-23 11:40:07 EST
I would like to see support for WebDAV over https too. Currently, I get the
error 'Unexpected end of stream'.

This component is no longer being actively developed. We encourage users to investigate the capabilities of the Eclipse Web Tools Project.
