Test case:
1. Close Eclipse.
2. Press [LEFT_ALT+LEFT_SHIFT+PRINT_SCREEN]
3. Click the "Settings" button
4. Enable the "Use High Contrast" checkbox.
5. Click the "Settings" button
6. Select the "High Contrast White (extra large)" scheme.
7. Launch Eclipse.
8. Change to the "CDT Perspective".
9. From the main menu, click Window->Preferences.
10. Click on the "C/C++" node in the left-hand tree control.
10. Review the following dialogs:
	- C/C++ Editor, Content Assist Tab
	- Code Templates
	- C/C++ Editor, Colors Tab
	- C/C++ Editor, General Tab

Note how all of the controls are not available to the user rendering these
dialogs un-usable.

Please review the remaining Preference dialogs to ensure that they are
accessible in high-contrast mode.

All of the Preference pages (regardless of the plugin) are not properly
accessible in high-contrast.

Re-assigning to Eclipse.

All Eclipse plug-in pages in 3.0 were tested using Windows XP High Contrast 
with resolution 1152 x 864.

Any outstanding accessibility problem reports can be viewed at 
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-ui-
home/accessibility/status30.html.

If your preference pages cannot be displayed at that resolution then you need 
to fix them.

Moving back to CDT. If you have any Eclipse pages that cannot be rendered 
using the parameters below please log problem reports to the apprpriate 
components.

The following CDT specific preference pages and tabs do not appear correctly
using Windows XP High Contrast with resolution 1152 x 864:

1. C Editor Preferences Page
2. C Editor Preferences Page -> Content Assist Tab
3. C Editor Preferences Page -> General Tab
4. Code Templates Preference Page
5. New Make Projects Preference Page -> Make Builder Tab
6. New Make Projects Preference Page -> Paths & Symbols Tab

the CDT 2.0 release

Vivian please take a look.  I'm sure the preference pages have changed a lot, this may not even be an issue anymore.

Note that in 3.3 M7 the preference dialog will now scroll if you page is too big - these may all be fine now.

The preference pages mentioned in this bug are accessible in High Contrast mode in CDT 4.0.  Closing this bug as WORKSFORME.
