Our intended time line was (and is)
    2019-01-02     IP Log Review
    2019-01-16     Release Review
    2019-01-31     Release 0.9.3

All relevant action were taken on 13th of December:
* Release an Review info was entered
* I unchecked the Box "Pending CQs are required" and submitted the IP Log
* Request and answer from technology-pmc: PMC approval for APP4MC 0.9.3
* Mail to 'emo@eclipse.org': Please schedule 0.9.3 Release Review

The (unexpected) delay was because of the redundant question "Are the three pending CQs required for this release?" during my Christmas holidays.

Please schedule the Release Review as planed (2019-01-16)
