The help files supplied with the FTP/WebDAV plug-in do not show up in the 
Eclipse help system. The reason is that the file toc.xml which is referred to 
by the manifest plugin.xml does not exist.

This component is no longer being actively developed. We encourage users to investigate the capabilities of the Eclipse Web Tools Project.
