Please change the Bundle-Vendor in manifest to "Eclipse Golo Project"

We need the project to update to the EPL-2.0. If not with this release, then with the next (or perhaps in a service release).

To do this, you need to update the license headers in your sources files, update the LICENSE file in your Git repository root, and then let emo@eclipse.org know to update their database to reflect the change.

The IP Log is approved.

I've scheduled the review to conclude on November 21/2018.

This has already been done.

Noted. I've updated the database. Thanks.
