Two issues, one old, one new, both affecting the divider between left & right editors - where the lines for correlating left & right change hunks are shown.

I have frequently observed this divider being visibly redrawn even when the compare editor was not visible due to another editor in the stack being active.

Since recently I see the opposite problem: an active compare editor does not redraw the divider during scrolling or editing, which looks quite broken. Hovering over that area usually triggers the necessary redraw.

Stephan, please grab a fresh 4.10 build, we've fixed his via bug 540083.
