The IP Log has been approved.

I've scheduled the review to conclude on November 7/2018.

I noticed that the group id has not been changed to "jakarta.javamail"; will that be done for the release (or have I missed something important)?

The groupId of the API jar file is jakarta.mail.
The groupId of the complete implementation jar file is still com.sun.mail.

I completely missed the open initial contribution CQs. My apologies. We'll move this review back to November 21/2018.
