Changing the title: Stéphane hase confirmed that the change in bug #531547 does not require a minor version bump, a service release is enough.

Fixed by 0b61c7801bdd20378e2b767385e3f8e4d73c9248.

Steps to reproduce: just check that the Sirius repo include org.eclipse.eef in version 2.1.1, and ideally check that org.eclipse.eef.properties.ui.api.IEEFTabDescriptorFilter contains two versions of filter(), including one whith this signature:

   boolean filter(IEEFTabDescriptor tabDescriptor, IWorkbenchPart part, ISelection selection)
