Enable/disable of editor templates in the preferences doesn't work with Eclipse 2018-09. In the preference page, all templates are unchecked.

Also the selection is lost after editing a template.

This is caused by the release of immature change of bug 535964 with Eclipse 2018-09.

A workaround for StatET is currently not planned (too expensive).

Fixed with update to Eclipse 2018-12 (Bug 541805).
