As explained in comment 33 of bug 533002, it was considered to change the name of this tool. The retained name is "Representation Link".

Steps to validate
* Open a diagram
* In the palette, check that the name and the tooltip of the tool is "Representation Link" (no longer like in the "Old_Representation link_name.png" and "Old_Representation link_tooltip.png")
