In https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/81158/ in a comment to patch set 21, I replied to the Genie but it answered:

 > Received CQ creation request but reviewer is not a committer on
 > this project. A project committer must comment genie:cq to trigger
 > CQ creation.

But I'm a committer.

Is this a left-over from the project-merge?

Thanks for asking.

I don't know, I haven't reviewed any large patches since then.

Let's close this for now, I'll reopen if I have the problem again.

we never maanged to make it work either. 

I just tried now and nothings happens. In this case, genie is not doing anything, not even answering

Looks like there was a couple of permissions issues(logfile and service user).  I've fixed one and submitted a patch for the other.

In the meantime things should now start working as expected.
