Not sure what's the latest protocol to handle these, but I just stumbled (again) upon a forum user [1], who posts only snippets from other places of the web, no original content (3 at the time of filing this bug).

User and messages have been deleted.
Some of them are getting more "clever" like this, so we have to reply on the community to report the messages like you did. FYI, there is a "Report Message to Moderator" link on every message (in orange, lower-right section of the message), which is a more lightweight solution than opening a new bug. But either works :-)
