It looks like the same issue. I have provided an SWT snippet there that duplicates the problems on Wayland. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=535738 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 535075 *** |
Created attachment 274574 [details] Screenshot illustrating the situation Testing the Eclipse IDE for Java Developers Photon RC4 under Ubuntu 18.04 with "Ubuntu on Wayland". If I open the "Tip of the Day" view and click on "Next Tip" (and presumably when that tip has an image), the the workbench rendering breaks: - The status bar gets another gray area below and - And the whole window contents are rendered to high, i.e., the menu bar and half of the button bar vanish under the windows top edge (see screenshot). Other information: I am on a 4K display with 200% zoom (as set in the Ubuntu "Screen Display" settings)
