You can install the latest release 5.0.2 from http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates nightly builds (5.1.0.x) are here http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates-nightly Will 5.0.2 or 5.1.0 nightly be contributed to the simrel repo for M3? If not, why not?
