The CONTRIBUTING file in the TLP's repository references the CLA. This should point to the ECA (please also check the subproject repositories). Please also ensure that each repository has a NOTICE and LICENSE file.

Does the project team have a plan to update to EPL-2.0?

Mik is listed as the PL for Eclipse Mylyn. Should we consider changing this?

Maybe I'm missing something, but that page mentions the NOTICE and CONTRIBUTING files but says nothing about a LICENSE file. What is supposed to go in the LICENSE file?
