The project currently uses the EPL-1.0. Does the project have a plan to update to the EPL-2.0 following this release?

I've noticed that at least one of the project repositories is missing a NOTICE and LICENSE file.

Also, the CONTRIBUTING.txt file refers to the old and now retired CLA. Please update this to refer to the ECA.

Yes, the project should have switched to EPL-2.0 by its next release expected in October 2018. I have opened Bug 535213 to track the issue.

NOTICE, LICENSE and CONTRIBUTING files have been updated in all repos, thanks for pointing it out.
