I've scheduled the review for June 6/2018.

The project currently uses the EPL-1.0. Does the project have a plan to update
to the EPL-2.0 following this release?

I've noticed that at least one of the project repositories is missing NOTICE, LICENSE, and CONTRIBUTING files. Please add them.

There's help here:

As far I understand, the Eclipse foundation would like reduce license proliferation and the update to the EPL-2.0 doesn’t require too much efforts:
 - It is not required get the agreement of all the contributors.
 - We just have to update the file headers and notices.

If my understanding is good, I think that it would be reasonable to plan an update to EPL-2.0 for the next main release (1.4.0).

I’ve added the file NOTICE, LICENSE, and CONTRIBUTING to the three EMF Facet’s Git repositories.

I didn’t find a plain text version of the EPL 1.0, I’ve copied https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/epl-v10.html. Does it matter? Is this HTML version of EPL 1.0 considered as human readable?

The file generator helped a lot: thank you.

I noticed that last Friday. It's a bit weird that we didn't have this handy. I added it.

https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/epl-1.0/EPL-1.0.txt

But the HTML version is fine.
