Current and proposed future STEM logos

I apologize for the delay in submitting this. The Eclipse STEM project has (since its beginning) use the attached splash screen and banners derived from the Eclipse logos of the time. Also attached is a proposed new logo to be used in the future when we update STEM to E4. I'd like to request approval of 
1) The existing logos already in use and 
2) the new proposed logo for the future.
