See https://ci.eclipse.org/tea/job/tea-nightly/254/console at the very end. Seems permissions changed. Since I also received an E-Mail that all my marketplace contributions changed (no change I could see) around the same time, I suspect something changed on the infrastructure end? :)

Permissions look ok. I've restarted the JIPP, please give it another try.
