Test Snippet

Setting a custom cursor on a Control doesn't show the cursor.

To reproduce the problem, run the attached Snippet. It works on Windows. But doesn't work on Mac and GTK.

The problem on GTK also seems to be related to transparency. Will open a separate bug for GTK.
