The new March newsletter links to a PHP related article via https://www.eclipse.org/community/eclipse_newsletter/2018/march/php.php. For me that is a 404. The other 3 articles are working fine.

I'm not seeing any link pointing to a php.php page but one that points to pdt.php.

Do you still see a php.php page?

Yes. I'm looking at https://www.eclipse.org/community/eclipse_newsletter/ and the greenish rectangle about PDT points me to https://www.eclipse.org/community/eclipse_newsletter/2018/march/php.php.
