The inspect window (Cmd-Shift-I) often gets into a state where it disappears as soon as it pops up, making it impossible to use. Sometimes the selection is un-selected. Sometimes if I carefully reselect and Cmd-I over-and-over, I can get it to work, but often a given expression never gets to a stable window. A different file might work (e.g., I can go to another part of the stack and look at other expressions.)

I do not have focus-follows-mouse (I'm on OSX 10.12), so this is more general that bugs 161986 and 382166. (See also https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5384476/eclipse-java-and-inspect-window )

I first noticed this problem in August 2017.

Sarika, I think we already have a (similar) bug for that but couldn't find it right now.
