On Wayland, a menu popped up from the drop down arrow of a fast view has the wrong location. To reproduce.

1) Launch Eclipse, minimize the Problems view (make it a fast view)
2) Restart Eclipse
3) Open the Problems view as a fast view and click the drop down button

The menu will pop-up in the top left corner of the screen, when it really should be at the arrow button.
