We currently use Apache batik 1.9.0 which is not available anymore in Orbit build http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/S20180302171354/

This is blocking Orbit contribution for M6.

The available version is 1.9.1

Apache batik 1.9.0 is not available any more in the latest version of Orbit. Please upgrade batik to 1.9.1
