Theming was removed from the tips framework. Make the UI look good again but now based on default settings.

Please test both in light and dark theme. If you need different settings, please use preferences for the colors, as these can be styled with the CSS engine.

I already had preferences but you removed them. Bring them back?

Sounds good (without the theme engine).
