Git functions stopped working on 2/26/2018
error displayed: cannot open git-upload-pack

No problems outside of Orion IDE

Confirmed the problem on orionhub.org - investigating

There was a problem with the VM that was running the server.

I upgraded it to 1.8.0_161 and edited our restarting / upgrading scripts to make sure the correct version is being run. 

I confirmed all git operations are again working as expected.
