After login I see a empty list for My -> Changes.

When I enter the search 

owner:"Frank Becker <eclipse@frank-becker.de>"

I get not all reviews.

I'm going to guess this is the same underlying issue as 530983: namely the index needs to be rebuilt. That is currently in progress.

Afer fixing a missing symlink we've re-run the indexer.  Are you still seeing an empty list?
