To improve stability and reliability of the aggregator, we should create a CI pipeline with latest p2:

- Create nightly build against latest p2 codebase (p2aggr-p2latest)
- Setup test projects being build by some versions of Tycho and also published with latest p2.publisher

- Use p2aggr-p2latest to aggregate test projects as published by Tycho and latest p2.publisher.

+ Test sanity of the resulting repository, perhaps by invoking director to perform installations from that repo.

The target platform is generated and is automatically update to the ongoing release such that the latest p2 is being used/tested.
