(Bug submitted too early).

Proposal:
Add 'regression' keyword to bugzilla, for use in triage process.

This could help us analyze regressions over years while doing bugzilla analysis.
E.g find out how many regressions we had from Gtk2 to Gtk3 port, (and in the future gtk3 to gtk4 port).
