I'm unable to sign on to Gerrit using the Web UI. When I try to log in it says "Invalid Username or password" despite my username and password working elsewhere on eclipse.org. 

This seems to be a similar issue to Bug 516692

I'm pretty sure it's a case sensitivity issue.  Have you tried it as all lower case?
