Affects GTK3.20+ only, both Wayland and X11. A quick glance at GtkInspector tells me that the clip (visible drawing area) and the allocation of the button do not match. The current clip has a height of 700+ px, after the resize it's the same as the allocation. I'll continue to investigate. Created attachment 272408 [details] Buttons cut-off on GTK3 See the attached screenshot. The buttons are the bottom are cut-off. Resizing the window fixes the issue.
