As mentioned in 
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/1779156/#msg_1779156
with maven it is not possible to load version greater than 2.12 .

Stated in the forum, I should use:
https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/releases/

But this repository is even older. There the newest version is 2.10.
It whould be nice if anybody could update the versions.
