I am having this issue, but can't figure out how to install the patch. Could you provide assistance? Hi Taylor, Actually it is simple. First of all, you need to rebuild the window builder with 'mvn clean install' launched in the root folder. It will produce the zipped update site in the org.eclipse.wb.releng.updatesite/target folder. You should test that everything is ok and this update site is working well. Then you need to go on the market place and look for the window builder project. It will open this page : https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/windowbuilder Then you must log in and you must have the rights to change this project. You will have an 'Edit' tab at the top. In the Edit form, you can provide a new version and upload the built update site... Hope this help PS : by the way, tycho version is now 1.0.0 and could be upgraded in the org.eclipse.wb.releng pom file. Actually, tycho is in version 1.1.0 : https://wiki.eclipse.org/Tycho/Release_Notes/1.1 Holger or other that have the rights on the window builder market place project. Could you fix this bug. Look at the comment of bug #526091. The bug is fixed but not delivered on market place... It is just a copy of 1 zip file... Could you do it please ? Hope this bug can be fixed ASAP. THX. I don't know what to change. Has an update page URL or feature IDs changed? The update sites for Oxygen (4.7) points currently to http://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/integration/4.7/ (Neon: http://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/integration/4.7/). Should the URL be changed to http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/ ? However, I gave Oliver write permission (Lars should have write permission since the entry has been created). For information with Mojave (10.14), when the update is down from market place the problem is the same. I don't know which version is released on market place and if the fix has been included or not... If you update the market place with the patch for Mojave, this bug will be done. See Bg #539850, it would be cool to provide the fix on market place Thanks I guess this never was done. |
