Description Christopher Guindon CLA 2017-12-11 14:15:17 EST
Please include GEMOC RC to current working group (https://www.eclipse.org/org/workinggroups/).

I will need to following information before I can start:

- Logo
- Description
- Title
- website
- charter
- mailing-list
- wiki

For example, these are the links we are using for Papyrus IC:

charter: //www.eclipse.org/org/workinggroups/papyrusic_charter.php
mailing-list: https://polarsys.org/mailman/listinfo/papyrus-sig
wiki: https://polarsys.org/wiki/Papyrus_IC

- logo: see attachement
- description: The GEMOC Research Consortium support the corresponding international initiative to develop, coordinate, and disseminate Research & Transfer efforts on the use and globalization of modeling languages. The initiative develops techniques, frameworks, and environments to facilitate the creation, integration, and automated processing of heterogeneous modeling languages.
- title: GEMOC RC
- current website, and sustainable url: gemoc.org
- charter: https://www.eclipse.org/org/workinggroups/gemoc_rc_charter.php
- mailing list: https://accounts.eclipse.org/mailing-list/gemoc-rc
- wiki: no wiki...

As far i know, no specific website has been created so far. Same for the wiki. Note that we do not specifically need a new website since right now the GEMOC RC host only 1 projet... the GEMOC studio (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.gemoc). So we can mostly use the website of the GEMOC studio for the RC as well. In this case, would you . want us to host the charter as well on this website?

Many thanks,
benoit

Was this logo approved by the Board? I believe that any derivative work of the Eclipse logo must be approved by the board.

If I compare with the other WG, every charter is hosted on eclipse.org. I think what we have now is perfect!
