Steps (using the node.js server):

1. create a simple app with a manifest and entry html file
2. set up your cloud settings in the prefs
3. create a launch config for the app
4. deploy it
5. redeploy it

at this point you should have seen the red banner popping up that reads "Unable to read property Url of undefined".

The problem is that we are not properly calling cfRequest in apps.js - we left off the tailing arguments and did not pass along the appTarget
